LOVE sculpture

The Drexel University School of Public Health was pleased to welcome the 133rd APHA Annual Meeting and Exposition to the city of Philadelphia. We also welcomed the Association of Schools of Public Health (ASPH) and the Society for Public Health Education (SOPHE), whose meetings coincided with APHA. Please visit their sites for news and schedules specific to their organizations' events.

Besides scheduled Conference presentations from our faculty, students and alumni, Drexel SPH hosted a number of events. On Sunday, December 11, we invited members of Philadelphia Partners for Public Health to attend the “New Connections” reception, beginning at 5:30 pm at the Philadelphia MEGABOOTH Exhibit within the Philadelphia Convention Center. The following night, December 12, Dean Marla Gold and the entire school hosted an alumni reception at the Pyramid Club, 1735 Market Street, 52nd floor.
