Associate Professor Peter Rumm, M.D., M.P.H, F.A.C.P.M, Department of Environmental and Occupational Health and Co-Director of the Center for Public Health Readiness and Communication, traveled to a number of European nations during August 9 - 17, where he presented his lecture "The National Advisory Committee on Children and Terrorism, and Current U.S. Changes in How Preparedness is Evaluated."
Prof. Rumm addressed audiences in the cities of London, Guildford and Beckenham, England, and the city of Kaunas, Lithuania. The lecture in Kaunas was to members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
