Jessica McKee '06 wins Honorable Mention from ASPH

Jessica McKee, MPH Class of 2006, won Honorable Mention for her submission to the Student Award for Excellence in Public Health, an award co-sponsored by the Association for Schools of Public Health (ASPH), HRSA/Bureau of Health Professions and the Council on Linkages Between Academia and Public Health Practice.
 
"The award has a tri-fold purpose:

  • To recognize student interpretation and achievement of public health practice
  • To stimulate the ASPH schools to begin creating their own internal awards systems to highlight practice
  • To promote faculty involvement in academic public health practice by including faculty members from each school in the selection and review process of student nominees"
